Clinical Governance & Standards

Every partner clinic meets the same regulatory standards as high-street dental practices.

GDC-Registered Dentists

Every dentist who treats you is registered with the General Dental Council — the UK's official dental regulator. You can verify their registration at gdc-uk.org.

CQC-Registered Clinics

All partner clinics are registered with the Care Quality Commission, meeting strict standards for safety, cleanliness, and patient care.

4.9+ Star Rated Clinics

We only partner with clinics rated 4.9 stars or above on Google Reviews. Clinics that fall below this threshold are removed from our network.

£50 Deposit to Book

A small deposit secures your consultation and goes towards your treatment cost. Refundable if you're clinically unsuitable.

Patient Support

Our team is available before, during, and after treatment to answer questions and coordinate with your clinic on your behalf.

No Obligation

Receive your treatment plan and pricing with no pressure to proceed. Take the time you need to make an informed decision.

Common Questions About Safety & Quality

Addressing the most frequent concerns patients raise before starting treatment.

"If it's this cheap, is it actually safe?"

Yes. The dentists are GDC-registered (same as any high street dentist), and clinics are CQC-registered (same as NHS clinics). The only difference is the price — not the safety standards. We've removed the expensive marketing, not the clinical quality.

"Why is it so much cheaper than going direct?"

High street dentists have expensive premises, big marketing budgets, and heavy overheads. You're paying for all of that. Our partner clinics focus on great treatment, not flashy marketing — so you get the same clinical quality at a better price.

"What if something goes wrong?"

Your treating dentist is fully responsible for your care, just like any dental treatment. All clinics carry professional indemnity insurance. If you have concerns, you have the same protections as any private dental patient.

"Is this a scam or too good to be true?"

We understand the scepticism. That's why we only take a £50 refundable deposit upfront. You meet the dentist, see the clinic, get your full treatment plan — then decide. If you're not happy, you get your deposit back.

"Can I really save over £2,000?"

Yes. UK average for clear aligners is £3,000-5,500+. Our prices start at £1,495 for a single arch and include whitening, retainers, check-up, and x-rays — which are often extras elsewhere.

"What if I'm not suitable for aligners?"

Your dentist will tell you at your consultation. If aligners aren't right for you, they'll explain alternatives (like traditional braces). Your £50 deposit is refunded if you can't proceed — no questions asked.

Patient Experiences

Verified feedback from patients treated through our partner clinics.

★★★★★

"I was quoted £4,200 by another provider. Aligner Club got me the same treatment for £2,495. The clinic was lovely, the dentist was thorough, and my teeth look amazing. Can't believe I nearly paid double!"

"I was sceptical at first — how could it be so much cheaper? But the clinic is CQC registered, the dentist checked everything properly, and I'm halfway through treatment with great results. Wish I'd done this years ago."

"The whitening alone would have cost me £450 elsewhere. Getting it included with my aligners felt like a steal. My smile has completely transformed and I saved over £1,500."

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about getting started.

Getting Started
Submit a few photos of your smile through our simple form. Our team reviews your case within 24 hours. If you're suitable for treatment, your nearest partner clinic will call to discuss your quote, answer questions, and book your consultation.
We review your photos and refer your case to your nearest partner clinic. If suitable, they'll call you within 24-48 hours to discuss your estimated price, answer any questions, and take a £50 deposit to secure your consultation appointment.
The deposit secures your consultation appointment and goes towards your total treatment cost. It's taken over the phone when your clinic calls to book you in. This ensures we reserve time with our dental team for patients who are committed to their smile transformation.
Your deposit is refundable only if you are assessed as clinically unsuitable for aligner treatment at your consultation. If you change your mind or cancel, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of reserving your appointment slot.
Treatment
It depends on your case. Moderate cases typically take 3-9 months. Complex cases can take 9-18 months. Your dentist will give you a more accurate timeline during your consultation based on your specific needs.
For best results, you should wear your aligners 20-22 hours per day. You only remove them for eating, drinking (anything other than water), and brushing your teeth. The more consistently you wear them, the faster and better your results.
Most patients experience some pressure or mild discomfort when switching to a new aligner — this means it's working! The feeling usually subsides within a few days. It's generally much less uncomfortable than traditional braces.
Clear aligners are virtually invisible. Most people won't notice you're wearing them unless you tell them. They're popular with adults for exactly this reason — you can straighten your teeth discreetly.
Contact your clinic immediately. They can advise whether to move to your next aligner early or order a replacement. This is included in your treatment — no extra charge for replacements due to genuine loss.
Pricing & Payment
No. The price we quote includes everything: check-up, x-rays, 3D scans, all aligner trays needed, all appointments, teeth whitening, and retainers. What we quote is what you pay.
You pay the remaining balance before your consultation appointment — either online, over the phone, or at the clinic reception before being seen. Your £50 deposit is deducted from the total. Treatment cannot begin until full payment is received.
Yes! All of our partner clinics offer finance options, allowing you to spread the cost over up to 60 months from as little as £25/month. Finance options are discussed at your consultation and are subject to status.
Big brands spend millions on TV advertising, celebrity endorsements, and expensive high-street locations. Our partner clinics focus on great treatment, not marketing. You get the same clinical quality without paying for someone else's ad budget.
Safety & Trust
Every dentist is registered with the General Dental Council (GDC), the UK's official regulator for dental professionals. You can verify any dentist's registration on the GDC website at gdc-uk.org. We provide their GDC number before your appointment.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. CQC registration means the clinic meets legal requirements for safety, cleanliness, staffing, and patient care. It's the same standard NHS dental practices must meet.
Your dentist monitors your progress throughout treatment. If your teeth aren't moving as expected, they can adjust your treatment plan. If you have concerns at any point, raise them with your dentist — they want you to be happy with your results.
Contact your treating clinic first — they have a formal complaints procedure. If unresolved, you can escalate to the Dental Complaints Service (free and independent), the GDC, or the CQC. You have the same protections as any private dental patient.
