About Aligner Club

Aligner Club™ is a referral service that connects patients with independent, GDC-registered dental professionals for clear aligner treatment. We are not a dental practice and do not provide clinical treatment directly.

Referral Service

By submitting an assessment form, you consent to us sharing your details with partner clinics for the purpose of arranging a consultation. The clinical relationship is between you and the treating dentist.

Pricing

Prices shown on our website are indicative. Your final treatment cost will be confirmed by your dentist following a clinical assessment. All prices include consultation, aligners, and whitening as described.

Finance

0% finance is subject to status and approval by our finance partner. Terms and conditions apply. Finance is available on treatments over a qualifying amount.

Liability

Aligner Club acts as a referral service only. Clinical outcomes, treatment decisions, and patient care are the responsibility of the treating dentist and their practice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your assessment at any time before commencing treatment. Once aligner manufacturing has begun, cancellation may be subject to the clinic's individual policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
