1. About Us
Aligner Club™ is a referral service connecting patients with independent dental clinics for clear aligner treatment. We are not a dental practice and do not provide treatment directly. All clinical treatment is provided by our Partner Clinics.
2. Our Services
We provide:
- Initial photo-based assessment of your teeth
- Categorisation of your case (Mild, Moderate, Complex)
- Indicative pricing based on your category
- Matching you with a suitable Partner Clinic
We do NOT provide clinical diagnosis, dental treatment, or guarantees of outcomes.
3. Photo Assessment
The photo assessment is an initial review only — not a clinical diagnosis. Your suitability for clear aligners and final treatment plan will be confirmed by your treating dentist during an in-person consultation.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown are indicative. Final costs are confirmed by your Partner Clinic and may vary based on clinical assessment. All payments go directly to the clinic, not Aligner Club.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary depending on your case, compliance with treatment, and wearing aligners as instructed. Treatment times are estimates only. Not everyone is suitable for clear aligners.
6. Medical Responsibility
Clinical responsibility lies with your treating dentist and Partner Clinic, not Aligner Club. Partner Clinics are independent businesses responsible for their own clinical decisions and care.
7. Partner Clinic Standards
We require Partner Clinics to be CQC-registered, employ GDC-registered dentists, maintain 4.9★+ Google ratings, and hold professional indemnity insurance. We monitor but cannot guarantee these standards at all times.
8. Cancellation
You may withdraw from the referral process at any time before paying the clinic. Once paid, the clinic's cancellation policy applies. Contact them directly regarding refunds.
9. Complaints
About our service: Email hello@alignerclub.co.uk
About treatment: Contact your clinic directly, or the Dental Complaints Service, GDC, or CQC.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for treatment outcomes, clinical decisions, or actions of Partner Clinics. Our total liability shall not exceed £100. Nothing excludes liability for negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
